A short fillm inspired by Polish New Wave Cinema and Soviet montage culture. The film explores the destruction experienced by the psyche when confronted with a contradicting statement.

Katarakta

Short Film, 2024
A young man is visited by the ghost of his dead father. The short film explores soviet memory culture, and how a nation tried to process the aftermath of WWII.

I love you, four year later

Short Film, 2023
Working exclusevely with footage and sounds recorded by my 18 year-old self back in 2020 this short film serves as an effigy to the person I once was. The film is haunted by an air of lonelyness and disease, communicated through the strange, deeply personal imagery that young me chose to capture in her day to day life.

Who did we go to space for? By what means? This video tries to show the immence advancements made by the USSR, while also remaining critical of the cost and necessety of these advancements.

The social dynamics of a military academy and a combat sports club are contrasted. At first, parallels are drawn between the two groups, as both are related to violent activity. As the video progresses fundamental differences in the organisational structures are made clear.
